ReplyDeleteThe bonds between parents and children are meant to last forever. You have captured that sense of love and concern, even when separated by distance and interests. I turned 50 this year but, my mother still calls me Tommy. Some time during this day, I am quite certain that she has wondered about what I am doing. That's what Moms ( and Dads) do and is what you have captured so well in this piece. :)
