F is for Forgotten
My therapist told me that I need to create a drawer in my mind where I can put all the words that scare me. A bit like a socks drawer but for terrifying words.
I can fold some words quite easily to create more room for others. But longer words stick out and pop out when I don't want them to because I can't quite close the lid.
And they don't want to be forgotten.
